🎟️ ABOUT YOUR TICKET
- Tickets are sold online only for specific entry times.
- You need one ticket per person. Discounted group pricing is available when purchasing four or more tickets.
- Your ticket will be emailed to you. Bring it on your cell phone, or print it, so we can scan it when you arrive.
- No ticket = no entry.
- Your arrival time is important! You must arrive 20 minutes before your booked entry time.
- For example, if your ticket says 7:00–7:10 p.m., you must arrive by 6:40 p.m.
- Groups enter the trail approximately 2 minutes apart to keep everyone spaced out inside the maze.
- We generally send groups of up to 6 people onto the trail together. Larger parties will be divided into multiple groups, while smaller parties may be combined with others.
- This helps keep the trail moving and the scares coming!
👨👩👧 IS IT SUITABLE FOR KIDS?
- Firehouse Fright Night is an experience for all ages, but parents know their children best when it comes to scary fun.
- We’ve had children as young as 3 or 4 who were fascinated by the creatures and special effects. We’ve also had teenagers who were completely freaked out by certain types of monsters. Clowns, anyone?
- We use strobe lights, fog machines, loud sounds and sudden scares, so please consider what your child enjoys — or doesn’t enjoy — before bringing them along.
- YES you’re welcome to take pictures, share them online and grab little video clips!
- Just remember: watch where you’re walking… and maybe look over your shoulder while you’re at it.
⚠️ BEFORE YOU ENTER
The entire event takes place outdoors in a corn field, so the trail is not fully accessible. Expect:
- Uneven, bumpy ground
- Possible mud and slippery conditions if it rains
- Corn, dirt and whatever else may be hiding out there
- Strobe lights
- Fog machines
- Loud sounds
- Sudden scares
Watch your step — and don’t run.
- Running won’t help you anyway. 😉
- Before you enter the trail, our Greeter will review the rules with you.
- No running, kicking, punching or touching.
- The trail is one-way only, so once you’re in, there’s no turning around.
- Emergency exits are available for anyone who is unable to complete the trail.
🌧️ WHAT IF IT RAINS?
The show goes on!
- Firehouse Fright Night will run in the rain unless extreme weather makes it unsafe to do so.
- If severe weather forces us to cancel, we’ll announce it as soon as the situation becomes clear, and those who could not use their ticket will be refunded.
- For the latest weather and event updates, follow us on:
- Twitter/X: @cycentres
Facebook: @cycentres - And remember: if it’s been raining, the trail may be muddy and slippery. Appropriate footwear is strongly recommended.
⏰ PLEASE DON’T BE LATE!
We really mean it: arrive 20 minutes before your booked entry time.
- If you arrive late, you cannot enter and we cannot provide a refund.
- Our timed entries are essential for keeping groups spaced throughout the trail. If we allow one late group to “slip in,” it can push every group behind them late — creating longer waits and disrupting the experience for everyone.
- So please give yourself plenty of time to arrive, park, get checked in and prepare yourself for what awaits.
- Once you’re checked in, we’ll take it from there.
